外商小組討論注意事項

Topic 1
You work for the Environment Protection Agency [EPA]. Please discuss five organisms that are nearly extinct. What measures will you take to prevent the organisms’ extinction.
Also, discuss three organisms which you think will go extinct.

Topic 2
Now you are part of a team in charge of planning the development of a small island. Please discuss your favorite three nationalities you would want to work with, and three nationalities that you would not want to work with?

Topic 3
This is your first flight, and the passengers are now boarding. There are two children running down the aisle, two passengers are arguing with each other about their seats and one passenger is repeatedly pressing the service button. Also, the lavatories in your zone are very messy and dirty. At the same time, your superiors tell you that they are all very busy, so you have to solve all the problems by yourself. How would you handle such a situation?

不要過於主導整個小組討論的過程,要多注重團隊的合作與合諧。

說話表達時要圓融與機智。

即使意見不同時也要持正面的態度表述,不要有生氣或其它太誇張的表情。

a. talk too much or not at all
太聒噪或說太多話,不考慮到給別人說話的機會;或者完全不開口的。
b. aggressive
太躁進或過於積極也不恰當。
c. poor grooming
彩妝儀容不合乎標準的。
d. didn’t demonstrate personality
無法表現出個人特色的。
