My English consultant David likes to eat plums.
Now it’s plum season, so David brings fresh plums to our company everyday.
And he will put some on my table.
Just seeing the plums makes my mouth water.
But they really taste terribly sour and juicy.
They make my lips pucker.
I can’t describe my feelings, but I thank god for creating such a wonderful fruit.
David has been my English consultant for over three years.
He is from New York, but has lived in Taiwan for over 15 years.
Just like an American Chinese, he knows more about Taiwan’s history than I.
David is very gentle and he is really a good partner.
If I have an English problem, I always ask David for help.
Also, I attend his CNN class every Tuesday.
There are six billion people in this world, so it must be our destiny to have met.
