第一關：中翻英
【一】在工作場合中常會遭遇一些威脅，生命的危機。例如：火災，當發生火
災時，記得盡快往出口方向前進，因為前往出口方向需經過五層樓梯，因此注
意要快速移動。火災時，注意先往標示清楚的出口方向前進，行進過程中盡量
蹲低，避免吸入濃煙，若是能拿到滅火器，可先嚐試滅火，最後記得盡快離開
大樓。

We may encounter some dangerous situations while we are working. Our lives could
be placed in harms way. For example, a fire could break out. In such a situation, it is
important to proceed to the nearest exit immediately. You may have to climb down
five flights of stairs, so speed is of the essence. If a fire breaks out, it is important
to quickly identify the emergency exit location and avoid breathing in smoke by
keeping close to the ground as much as possible. If there is a fire extinguisher
within reach, you can try to put out the fire. But the most important thing to
remember is that you should exit the building as soon as possible.
【二】有些企業能長青不衰，有些企業卻無法延續下去，這之中的關鍵為何？
答案是多元化。對一個藝術家來說，突破制式化是非常困難的，因為那可能是

第二關：國泰訂位組小組討論題目『一組人數約十人，主考官五至六位』
內容大致如下：
There is a VIP couple of ABC Hotel who always reserves a twin room with a seaview
and stays one night. However, today this couple plans to stay three nights, but there
are no more twin rooms with a seaview available. The only room left is a single
room with a partial seaview. Furthermore, the couple is using a promotion package,
so they know they can’t use the swimming pool or gym facilities for free.
Also the couple has become very angry. How would you handle this situation if you
were in charge?
